As long as your return fall into our return policy, follow these steps to return your product(s):
Please fill out the return form. In the comment box, please provide your order #, product name, and the reason for your return.
After reviewing your return form, we will email you a return approval within 1-2 business days.
Once the return request has been approved, package the items and ship to it back to Luna Boutique, 4020 Gibson Lane, Texarkana, TX 75503. Please note that the provided pre-paid label for your return will be deducted from your refund amount, unless there is a mistake on our end. You do not have to use our pre-paid label.
We will receive and review the products you’ve returned. If you’ve met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the return and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.
