Instructions
As long as your return fall into our return policy,
follow these steps to return your product(s):

ONLINE RETURN PAGE

Once on the return page, type in your email.

You will then have a login code sent to your email.

Go to the order number and follow the steps to submit your return request.

After we receive your return request, we will email you a return request update email within 1-2 business days. If return is approved, you will receive a return label that you can use if you want. If you use our return label the amount cost of shipping will be deducted from your return total.

Once the return request has been approved,
package the items and ship to it back to:

*PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU DO USE THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL THAT WE PROVIDE, THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT RETURNED, UNLESS IT WAS OUR MISTAKE.

We will receive and review the products you’ve returned. If you’ve met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the return and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.
